Tyler Tarver is the Dean of NLC College. He has over 14 million views and 60k subscribers on YouTube. He runs TarverAcademy.com, wrote 3 books, hosts the Education Academy Podcast, is an Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Innovator, Google Certified Trainer, and has been a teacher, facilitator, principal, and a fake Assistant Superintendent. JOSHUA HARRISON

Joshua Harrison is a father of four and the upper school principal at Conway Christian. During his 20 years in education, he has spent time as both a science & art teacher, coaching multiple sports, serving as an assistant principal, athletic director and devoted 3 years leading the conversion charter school Miner Academy. Joshua has a passion of building relationships with his staff and students while trying to meet each child where they are and helping them get where they are designed to go. He believes in a system of alternate education for all in an effort to use each student’s natural gifts in the hope of maximizing their learning. He relies almost solely on the love of his family and coffee to fuel his fire and believes that facial hair may be the currency of the future.

LEANN PINKERTON, Ed.S

Leann Pinkerton is a Google Certified Trainer for a Google Reference District who believes that working with educators should never be boring. She believes in using technology combined with authenticity to build relationships. Leann is the Director of Academics at Bauxite Schools. She believes in freely sharing resources and information with other educators. Leann still enjoys being in the classroom and teaches a small class of 10th graders and composition at several colleges in Central Arkansas. 66w/433c

Lindsay Fell teaches elementary art in Bryant, Arkansas, and is committed to unlocking the potential of her students by providing opportunities to create with meaning and purpose while merging the worlds of traditional and digital art. Lindsay is an advocate for creativity in classrooms and a change agent for transformative technology use in education. She believes all students should have opportunities to create infused into their core curriculum. She believes meaningful moments of artistic expression can build a bridge of understanding and acceptance for diversity and identity. Lindsay is recognized as a pioneer in education using technology to transform teaching and learning as an Apple Distinguished Educator. She is also a National Geographic Certified Educator, member of the Arkansas Art Educators community and Office of Innovation Learning Network.
