Vision

NLC College combines the strong tradition, Christian development, and liberal arts education of Southeastern University with the life-giving ministry of New Life Church to offer a truly unique educational experience. Students earn a fully accredited degree while participating in hands-on ministry training with NLC pastoral staff. This type of education prepares students to answer God’s call on their lives, whether He leads them to enter ministry, industry, or further education.

Pillars of NLC College

  • Serve Others. We help students identify their gifts and serve with and through them, to build up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:15-16).

  • Invest in Yourself. If students leave NLC College with just a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, we’ve failed you. We want to not only supply you with a degree, but to help you move forward as a learner, leader, servant, and follower of Christ. We seek to grow the whole person intellectually, spiritually, physically, and socially (Luke 2:52).

  • Explore your Calling. Students will get the opportunity to learn from industry leaders in the areas of leadership, creative arts, marketing, production, social media, and more. Students will have the opportunity to try and fail and grow and learn what is best for them in relation to their calling (Psalm 25:8-9).

  • Lead like Jesus. We will push our students to build a faith in Christ, and lead like Jesus in their life, their family, and in the workplace (Colossians 3:23-34).
